So you’re visiting Seoul and want to catch a Doosan Bears game at Jamsil Baseball Stadium — but the booking site keeps stopping you at checkout. That’s because the official sellers (the Doosan Bears site and NOL Ticket / Interpark) require Korean phone verification. If you’re a short-term visitor without a Korean number, you can browse seats but you can’t pay online.
Here’s the good news: Jamsil has an official on-site sales window for exactly this situation. Doosan calls it the On-Site Sales for the Digitally Disadvantaged, run at Ticket Box 1 (제1매표소). Bring a valid passport on game day and you can buy a ticket in person, no Korean phone needed. This post covers where it is, what’s available, the discounts, and what to do if you’re a group — plus wheelchair seating.

Who can use this window
The on-site window is for three groups:
- Seniors — age 65 or older (born on or before January 1, 1962)
- People with disabilities — with a disability registration card or welfare card
- Foreign visitors — with a passport
If you’re a tourist who can’t clear Korean phone verification online, you fall under group 3. Just bring your passport.
Where and when
- Location: Ticket Box 1 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium. It sits on the path toward the 1st-base outfield entrance, so it’s easy to find. Take Sports Complex Station (Line 2 or 9).
- Hours: the window opens at the same time as the general ticket booth and runs until 30 minutes after first pitch. After that, any unsold window seats roll into general sales.
- What you need: your passport (or the relevant ID for seniors / people with disabilities). Limit is 1 ticket per person.

What you can buy there
This window has its own seat allocation, separate from online sales. Based on the on-site notice:
- Blue seats: 20 each for the 1st-base and 3rd-base sides
- Red seats: 80 each side
- Outfield reserved: 140 seats
Prices match regular tickets — Blue is 24,000 KRW (weekday) / 26,000 KRW (weekend), Red is 19,000 / 21,000 KRW, and outfield reserved is 10,000 / 11,000 KRW. (Weekend rates apply Fri–Sun and holidays.) People with disabilities get 50% off across these, and seniors also get 50% off the outfield reserved seat.
Two things to remember:
- The allocation is limited and sold one per person, so for popular matchups arrive before the window opens.
- Because online sell-outs don’t touch this stock, you can still buy here even if the game is “sold out” online — as long as the window allocation lasts. That’s the whole point of the program.
One warning: tickets bought here are for personal use only. Resell one and get caught, and the ticket is voided and you’re barred from on-site purchases for the rest of the season.
Senior, veteran, and military discounts
Doosan applies standing discount tiers on outfield seats, online and on-site alike:
- Seniors (65+) and national-merit holders: outfield reserved for 5,000 KRW (weekday) / 5,500 KRW (weekend); outfield cheering for 5,500 / 6,000 KRW — about half price.
- Youth and enlisted military: a cheaper tier than general (e.g., outfield reserved 8,000 / 9,000 KRW).
Discounts apply to the cardholder only and can’t be stacked. Bring an ID, a national-merit card, or the matching payment card to the booth.
Wheelchair users
Wheelchair seats can be booked online, too. On the booking screen, a wheelchair seat lets you choose “wheelchair user” or “wheelchair user + companion,” and the companion also gets 50% off. For example, a 3rd-base Red wheelchair seat is 9,500 KRW for the wheelchair user, or 19,000 KRW for the pair (both half of the 19,000 KRW Red price).

Verification and pickup happen at the wheelchair window at Ticket Box 1. If online and the regular kiosk are hard to use, there’s also a barrier-free ticket machine at the 1st-base infield gate (next to the disabled elevator) — but it only reprints tickets you already booked, it doesn’t sell new ones.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. You can book and ask questions through the call center:
- Call center: 1544-1555 (press 2 for Sports)
- Hours: 09:00–18:00, weekdays and weekends.
If the app or website is hard to manage, phoning in to ask about seats is an option — though staff may speak limited English, so have your game date and seat preference ready.
Group of 3 or more, or want other seats?
The on-site window caps you at 1 ticket per person and the allocation is limited. For a bigger group, or seats beyond what the window carries, join the regular on-site sales line, which sells whatever is left unsold from online — paying there by card or cash needs no Korean verification. Keep in mind that for popular games the leftover on-site stock can be thin, so go early.
Same stadium, but LG home games work differently
Jamsil is shared by Doosan and LG, and both run an on-site window for foreigners and assisted access. But the details differ by which team is hosting:
- Doosan: Ticket Box 1, 1 ticket per person, window runs until 30 minutes after first pitch. Sellers: Doosan site / NOL Ticket.
- LG: Ticket Box 3, 2 tickets per person, window runs on the general booth schedule. Sellers: LG Twins app / Ticketlink.
