So you’re visiting Seoul and want to catch an LG Twins game at Jamsil Baseball Stadium — but the online booking site keeps rejecting you. That’s because Ticketlink, the official seller, requires Korean phone verification. If you’re a short-term visitor without a Korean number, you can see the seats but you can’t pay.
Here’s the good news: Jamsil has an official on-site window for exactly this situation. It’s called the Digital Assistance window at Ticket Box 3 (제3매표소), and LG Twins publishes official English guidance for it. - What you need: a valid passport. Limit is 2 tickets per person.
One thing that confuses people on busy days: the regular on-site sales line and this window’s line are separate queues. Even if the general line looks endless, don’t panic — walk past it and find the Ticket Box 3 window.

What you can actually buy there
The window has its own seat allocation, separate from online sales:
- Blue (lower infield): 10 seats each for 1st-base and 3rd-base sides

Prices are the same as regular tickets — for reference, Green outfield is 10,000 KRW on weekdays and 11,000 KRW on weekends, and Blue is 24,000/26,000 KRW. Once the allocation sells out, the window closes for the day, so treat it as limited stock and arrive before opening for popular matchups.
One warning: tickets bought here are for personal use only. If you resell one and get caught, the ticket is voided and you’re barred from on-site purchases for the rest of the season.

- Wheelchair users get 50% off, and one companion also gets 50% off (based on regular prices; Premium, Table, and Exciting Zone are excluded).
- Sections with companion seats: 1st-base side 101–102B and 109B, 3rd-base side 114B and 121–122B. Sections 101B and 122B have no companion seats, so check the section when booking if you want to sit together.
- On site, use the wheelchair-dedicated window at Ticket Box 1.
- Discounted tickets must be issued at the box office with original documents — kiosks and smart tickets won’t work for them.
